Coffee Folk is all about quality coffee and espresso.
The goal of the site is to investigate all aspects of coffee and espresso. Often the result is a complete and in-depth review, but not always. Lately, I have been writing more about coffee and the industry itself.
Matt C Reynolds is currently based in on the East Coast of Canada (various locations).
Matt has been interested in the coffee industry since 2003, eventually joining the front lines as a professional barista in 2006. Over the years he has expanded his expertise by exploring a wide range of disciplines including the culinary arts. While his past experiences provide the groundwork for the reviews, Matt insists that learning new material and adapting is key.
Matt has a Level Two Certification from the International Guild of Sommeliers, and worked as a Server and Wine Student in St. John’s, Newfoundland at Raymond’s Restaurant in 2013.
His other interests include wine, whiskey, cycling, architecture, design, cultural studies, photography and more.
