About

Coffee Folk is all about quality coffee and espresso.

The goal of the site is to investigate all aspects of a particular coffee.

The result is a complete and in-depth review. Each coffee is dialled in by changing the temperature, time, dose (and more).

Here, we always spend as long as it takes with each coffee to get an in-depth review (getting to know it inside and out). This usually involves at least a few days, and sometimes as much as a full week! I feel this is KEY to a proper review.

Looks like we have similar interests, I’m reading through your site now.
I’d also like to tackle the stir/ swirl/ none of the above debate at some point.

I’ll keep you in mind the next time I’m in Toronto.
      Cheers!
